Our main products include pad printers, silk screen printers, and hot stamping machines. We also offer a comprehensive supply chain service related to industrial printing. Moreover, we provide users with complete, customized printing solutions tailored to their specific needs.

2. What pre - sale services do you offer?

We provide free technical consultations. In addition, we offer pictures, technical documents, and video materials. For cases where standard materials are insufficient, our professional team can design and provide customized solutions.

3. What payment methods are available?

For new users, if the order amount is relatively small, you can opt for a credit - guaranteed order or TT (Telegraphic Transfer). For larger amounts, a letter of credit is a recommended option. To safeguard the security of customers' funds, we generally do not recommend personal account transfers, nor the use of personal payment methods such as Western Union or PayPal, unless specifically requested by the customer.

4. How can I place an order for the machine?

Once you confirm your intention to purchase a machine, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). Payment should be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the PI. Subsequently, we will commence production and handle all arrangements until the machine is safely delivered to you.

5. What about proofing?

For end - users, it is crucial to determine whether the machine is suitable for their products. We encourage customers to request proofing, which can serve as a standard for machine delivery. Pad printers, screen printers, and hot stamping machines typically require the perfect matching of fixtures, printing plates, inks, and bronzing paper to meet specific requirements. For orders that have been confirmed by the customer, we provide free proofing services. For proofing requests without a confirmed order, a certain proofing fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the machine purchase price once the order is confirmed.

6. What is your after - sales service like?

Our after - sales service mainly relies on online support from our professional sales and technical teams.
